Manuscript Conversion

After Author Proofreading has been completed, the manuscript status will be updated to Pending Managing Editor Approval. A new menu will be shown on manuscript page where the editor can confirm required details and proceed to the conversion stage.

It is important for the manuscript metadata details to be filled in in order to proceed to conversion.

Once the paper has been sent to conversion, manuscript status will be updated to Pending Conversion and the following menu will be visible:

After the conversion has been completed, the Publisher can go ahead and publish the manuscript.
