Schedule Online Publishing

When an user send a paper to manuscript conversion, publication date value needs to be popullated in the manuscript publication metadata screen. If Schedule Online Publishing feature is turned on, JAMS will automatically publish papers that are in the status Pending Online on entered publication date.
