Reviewer Database
How to Add Reviewers to your Database
On JAMS, you are able to upload your own reviewer database.
The reviewer database can be accessed via the Manage Reviewers option selected from the main menu.

In this screen, you can manually add a reviewer by choosing the + Add New option and populating mandatory data fields shown below.

For more efficient reviewer adding, it is possible to import a .csv file with the data of multiple reviewers. In order to do so, you should follow the Import CSV option which will open up a new page to be able to download the .csv template.

Upon populating the .csv file with reviewer data, the file can be reuploaded into the system via the Choose File field. Please note that not all fields in the .csv file need to be populated. Mandatory fields include: reviewer first and last name, email and title.
Once this import has been completed, reviewers will be visible in the Manage Reviewers page as shown in the example below.

Note: If you have set up multiple journals on JAMS and wish to keep reviewers linked to a specific journal, head to the Application Features menu. If you turn on the toggle option 'Journal-specific reviewer database, these data pools will be kept separate. Otherwise, if by default the option is not selected, a reviewer can be invited to any of your journals on JAMS.
If you only host one journal on JAMS this feature can be ignored.
