Post-publication Updates

By enabling this feature, articles can be updated after publication by the Publisher requesting a ‘post-publication update’ directly from the Publishing manuscript page. The article will be sent to the production team for XML Conversion whilst maintaining the online published version, and the Publisher will be notified when the revised version is ready to be published.

The option looks like this in the Application Features:

You can then head to the Publishing menu.

Then, select a manuscript that is online and click 'Post-publication update.
