Email Mailboxes for Background Notifications
JAMS has multiple mailboxes to manage background notifications which can be found in the Website Settings. Certain actions and changes to a manuscript status during the publication process will trigger email notifications sent out to these designated mailboxes.
JAMS Mailboxes in Website Settings
This mailbox will receive a notification when:
Submission Email: An author submits a manuscript through the JAMS platform. The same mailbox will receive notifications after authors resubmit their manuscript from minor or major revisions.
Support Email: One of your users reaches out for help or support.
Billing Email: Authors submit the payment of APC invoice.
English Editing Email: A manuscript is ready for the language editing phase.
Website Email: The manuscript is ready to be published.
Conversion Email: Proofreading of the manuscript has been finished.
Layout Email: A manuscript goes to layout editing.
JAMS Production Services
If you have purchased JAMS Production Services, the JAMS team will fill in the English Editing, Conversion and Layout with the required email addresses.
