Add Journals

PUBLISHER

Find the ‘Journal Management' tab in the 'Publishing' Menu. To add a new journal, click on the button ‘Add New Journal’ and fill out the required information.

The Contact Email is the mailbox you want to receive all queries or requests for your journal. The Journal Editor is the person who will pre-check and check manuscripts before they are published. See our Editorial Team: User Roles page for more details.

Set your APC price, deadline, and mailbox to receive notifications of when a fee has been paid.

Note: Your APC can be set to 0 if your journal does not want to charge authors.

On the Journal Settings page you should also customise:

  • The Peer Review process

  • Your Journal Disclaimer

  • Reminder Timespans

Once you have completed the form, please press 'submit’ and return to the Journal List.

You can change the Journal Settings at any time by selecting the pen icon. You can also delete the journal by clicking the bin symbols. Both are found in the ‘Action’ column.
